The engineer who came said that our supply cable was damaged and that the phone cable was also no good. He took a supply from next doors box for the tv and said somebody would be along to install a new phone line.
Im not that happy to share nexts doors box as we dont really get on with them and they do not yet know we have a connection into theirs. He did not say somebody will install a new fibre cable so is this standard to do it this way and would we be sharing internet speed?
now thats what i call quality workmanship service at it highest level.he had to do that id cancel asap because 2 months down line if there are problem's the be wonting 99 pound off you to redirect the cable.
