Order hasn't arrived

I ordered a quickstart broadband package that was supposed to arrive yesterday. It didn't arrive and when I check order tracking it says I don't have an order. Who do I contact to rearrange delivery or can I pick it up in my own time seeing as I have already missed a day of work waiting for my delivery!

I think that you would be best contacting customer services by phone or web chat. That is likely to get a quicker response.
