I had Virgin cable connected to the house in March. Within a couple of weeks I noticed that the small black cover on the pavement was not flush with the ground due to the cables pushing it up. I logged a fault call on the website and have had no response to date.
The cover now sometimes comes off, presumably due to foot traffic and the hole is now filled with dirt, so I'm concerned I could lose my service if the cable gets damaged. How can I get this issue dealt with urgently?
