152 meg bb - using VM router in modem mode and use asus ac68 router - all been fine until today (apart from huge problems last year which is why we were advised by VM to get separate router)

I actually managed to get through to somebody on the telephone Friday morning - but they said they were going to call me back later that morning.
However I am still waiting.
Don't know what else to do now to be honest.

Power levels look fine. What are the upstream levels?
Forum staff currently take over a week to respond. If you wan't it looking at sooner you'll have to persevere on the phone I'm afraid.

I have a lot of these in Network Log ??
"Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out"
Upstream looks OK as well, so no obvious problems I can see from my limited knowledge.
T4 time outs are when the connection is lost and the modem can't re-connect within a certain time, which fits with what's happening.
As to why it's happening, no idea. As I said before, you can wait for forum staff to respond (about a week), or persevere on the phone.
Thank you so much for your time.
