Noise ticket in Harmans Water Bracknell

Been having ongoing issues with upstream noise effecting my connection since last September, there is apparently a open noise ticket but the network engineers quoted me a 3 month!! fix time. Unbelievable when i am constantly losing my connection for 2-3 secs throughout the day. Tonight I watched my upstream power level jump from 47 to 54 then back to 45dbmV in 5 minutes all whilst the connection dropped in and out.

Can anyone shed some light on when this will be looked at, had VM engineer's round on several occasions and there is nothing they can do my end. This is the most expensive domestic BB in the country and would expect a better response from your engineering dept?

Really sorry to hear about the connection fault experienced.

I've located your account and as per the notes from a separate team, an engineer visit is required to look into this due to issues detected with upload.

There are currently no network faults present as affecting the cable you're currently connected with.
