No service since 09:00!?!

I understand there is a problem/up grading being done but internet and TV has been out since 9am...the service page says (estimated 17:05) but it has now gone 18:05!!! Do we get refunds for a whole day without...kids and adults need TV recorded shows!!! SORT IT OUT

It will take the forum staff a few days to respond, you'll be able to get a partial credit towards your bill once service is restored, it will be on a pro-rata basis so don't expect a great deal for only 9 hours disruption
