No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error

Hi Guys,

Can anyone offer any help on the above?

I seem to be getting disconnected from the internet at random times of the day and sometimes a reset fixes it and sometimes it wont. I have had a Home visit and had the Hub swapped for another and the very next day the same issue was back. I have managed to check the logs and found the error : No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error.

I do have an appointment booked for today but as I have already had a swap of equipment I am unsure if this will resolve it or not.

I can see this Message to:

16/12/201618:54:19 GMT68010400DHCP REBIND WARNING - Field invalid in response
16/12/201618:54:14 GMT68010100DHCP RENEW sent - No response for IPv4

and also:

Its working just now but for how long?!?

Any ideas on how this can be sorted?

Cheers guys!

Re: No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error

So we can help us to help you, can you

Go to your Superhub Log in screen

Do NOT log in.

Little button top right.....

Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.

Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.

Re: No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error

Power levels look okay

Can you set up a BQM

HERE

Run it for say 24 hrs, and post the result.

Dont forget youll need to make sure your super hub is configured to reply to ICMP echo requests...

We need to work out if its LAN side or WAN side drops and BQM will show us that....

Re: No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error

ok so,

I was trying to set this up when my connection went again. I rebooted the hub a few times and its now back on. I setup the BQM and I'll post the results.

Thanks,

Rob

Re: No ranging Response Received - T3 time-out error

so another "outage" happened today. I had to reset the router which i guess would explain the Red spikes in the graph but i don't know about the rest of it?

Can anyone help?
