No phone or internet

No phone or internet in SS8, status report only says broadband fault. Is this effecting the phone line as well.

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your phone and broadband service.

I've run a general check for issues for SS8 and I'm unable to bring up results for any known outages in this area without a full postcode.
