No internet connection - area reference 12

Hi,

I've been unable to connect to the internet for the past 2 hours. The superhub 2 shows a rapidly flashing blue tick and yellow double arrow which I belive means that it can't connect to the virgin media server(?). I've tried restarting, tightening cables, and resetting it back to factory default but nothing seems to work. I also tried calling the help line but gave up after 20 minutes of waiting.

The network log shows a lot of T3 and T4 time-out but the service status page says that there are no known issues.

Any help is appreciated.

Looks like it was fixed overnight and my internet is now working. The status page now shows 1 known issue and that an engineer is on their way.

I'm not sure how to mark the post as solved so I'll leave a message here.
