I've been unable to connect to the internet for the past 2 hours. The superhub 2 shows a rapidly flashing blue tick and yellow double arrow which I belive means that it can't connect to the virgin media server(?). I've tried restarting, tightening cables, and resetting it back to factory default but nothing seems to work. I also tried calling the help line but gave up after 20 minutes of waiting.
The network log shows a lot of T3 and T4 time-out but the service status page says that there are no known issues.
