No internet and poor customer service - regret switch to Virgin

Regretting that I ever switched to Virgin.  Have had three technicians out to fix internet that has not been working properly for over 4 weeks and has been out fully for the past week.  Dreaded green lights.  Come to find out all along that Virgin has a fault in their network and do not intend to fix until Dec. 21.  I called customer service and Rebecca was incredibly rude, would not transfer to manager and said nothing she could do.  I guess the only thing to do now is cancel direct debit to  Virgin.
