No internet London E11 postcode

INTERNET INTERMITTENTLY ON AND OFF SINCE TUESDAY, CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE ALL USELESS AND CLUELESS,
1ST CALL SAYS AREA FAULT TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID IL GET A TEXT WHEN SORTED ENGINEERS HAVE BEEN DEPLOYED TO FIX FAULT 2ND CALL SAID FAULT WITH MY HUB SENT ENGINEER
ENGINEER CAME SAID HUB OK THERE IS A NETWORK ISSUE IN THE AREA, WILL BE RESOLVED FEW HOURS AND IL GET A TEXT
NEXT DAY NOTHING SO I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID CANT SEE A FAULT INTERNET SHOULD BE RUNNING FINE TOLD CANT SEE A PROBLEM I SHOULD RESTART HUB AND WAIT 2 HOURS (LOL)
CALLED AGAIN AFTER 3 HOURS SAID THERE IS A FAULT THEY WILL SEND ENGINEER

VIRGIN MEDIA YOUR STAFF ARE CLUELESS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SATISFACTION AT ALL IM SWITCHING TO BT WHEN MY CONTRACT FINISHES
