No connetion

Hello today Yodel bring me all virgin media stuff to connect internet. I put cables to TV connection in wall. I call and do all activations things. But all the time I got a trouble with connection. In bottom of Hub3.0 is just flashing green light, when I try connect with some web site, message in smartphon show me just some site with trouble. Before ordering I ask 3 different services workers if is possibility to make quick install in my flat. They check and agree. What I have to do?

Sorry to read that you are having issues with the activation of the broadband connection.

 

It does seem that the activiation has not gone through correctly and I can see from your account that you have arranged an engineer appointment to resolve this issue for you.
