No broadband

Hi there I've had no internet for 2 days just 3 flashing green lights on my super hub I've checked service status bit it says no issues I'm in Sheffield s14 hope you can help

Sorry to hear about your recent loss of service, I appreciate it's inconvenient. I can see that you're back up and running now, however your power levels are not quite right.
