No broadband

I have 2 green flashing arrows for the last 2 days, no broadband. Reset several times and still nothing

Have you used the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see if there is a known issue in your postcode area?

Yes just says email problems but nothing about no broadband. Postcode is se92DL

Suggest you call it in as a fault then ... 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

They've booked an engineer but said it will get cancelled as they believe it's now a local fault. Thankyou
