No broadband or tv

Why do virgin find it acceptable for someone to have to wait a week with no broadband or tv for an engineer. Engineer coming out 17th!! Was on phone for a hour to try everything every normal person has tried!

hiya @jules1471 depends on how many engineers are in the area, how many already been booked on other jobs etc.. you can always check to see if any other slots via https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030... also agent will cover everything to rule out common problems, and if nothing left to try send out tech

Thanks for posting!

 

I'm really sorry to hear you've had to wait so long for a technician.

 

I understand how frustrating this can be but, as paultechy has said, sometimes our technicians get the odd busy periods.

 

I've located the account and I can see the technician has been. Is everything working OK now?
