No broadband or phone access after installation

Hi,

I had virgin installed today. There was an error activating and I was told by the engineer that it had been escalated to D5.

I have since been able to access TV through TiVo, but my phone line is still without a dialling tone, and my hub has a flashing green light and tells me that my network access is blocked.

I called support and queried the fact that my account says it has been suspended when I logged into my virgin media area.

I am hoping this is just an initial teething issue, but it looks quite frequent from what I have read on here.

Can anyone give me some advice please?

Hi Jidy87,

I'm really sorry for any issues you had in getting your service to activate. I have just tested your broadband and it is reporting having been online for the past 2 days. So it looks like you've managed to get things resolved. If you do have any further issues though please post an update so we can be of help.
