No broadband or TV

We currently have no broadband or TV and haven't had all day. I've spoken to the tech teams who tried to resolve the problem but concluded it wasn't an equipment fault but a problem with the cabling to the property. I've checked the service status page but nothing is showing there. My post code is CM1 2AB. How do I report a line fault?

I have checked and your TV and broadband are both showing online at the moment so if you're still experiencing any problems please let me know.
