No broadband in area 18, however service status saying there are no issues...??

Hi there.

Wanting to know if there are any broadband issues in area 18 (tq3 3pf). We've not had a working connection for the majority of this afternoon, however service status is reporting that there are no issues.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Regards,

Oli

The only people who can are the Forum Team and to get a response from them will require a wait, of up to two weeks by the looks of things currently.

To get an answer in a meaningful time, call in and report a broadband fault. Or ask via the Webchat.

The way fault listing goes 'area fault' wise: People in one part of the network experiencing the same problem need to call in and report the issue. Each one will get an engineer appointment. After X amount of reports an area fault is flagged up (and shown in service status) and all engineer appointments are cancelled.

Hi olsta84

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy Apologies for the late reply here. When checking your connection we currently have an SNR fault raised (F005082922) which can cause intermittent/slow service. It's due to be resolved today by 6pm but if you are still experiencing any issues after this time you can check service status which should now have the fault listed. You can also give us a call for an update or post back here and one of the team will pick it up. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.

Kind regards,

Ty
