The service status on VM Page states "No known issues" yet we've had no broadband for two days and I've been advised earliest fix is 13th Feb. Who are you trying to kid? No known issues......ridiculous.

From checking your connection, the SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault in your area is still ongoing with reference number F005057617 and has a review date of 28th February.
