Hello there. I have no connection green and then red arrows are flashing on the modem. I have try everything so nothing wrong by my side. Every cable is nice and tight I have restarted the modem a hundred times. Any idea how to fix it, please?
Really sorry to hear about your current loss of service! I've taken a look and I can see that we're working on a fault in your area at the moment. The fault ref is: F005593487 and we're hoping to have it resolved on the 19 SEP 2017 20:00, however this might change.
