No Smart Phone Control

I have recently had an upgrade to the new superhub 3.0 but am now unable to control my TV, surround sound or Sonos using my mobile phone which is really annoying ! any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about the connection problems you're experiencing.

 

How is your TV and Sonos connected, wireless or hard-wired?

 

We might need to look into port forwarding or altering security settings.

Hi Heather,

Thanks for your reply the Sonos is wireless and have tried hard wiring it as well but still couldn't connect it, also feel the router is blocking my phone, I used to be able to connect to my TV & PC using it but this has ceased since I received the new router.

This might be a security issue, have you tried altering the firewall or security settings from within your Hub at all?

 

There is also an option for 'pass-throughs' you can try disabling and enabling these to see if it helps.
