Issue started beginning of the week. Problems included dns, unable to login to Origin or Skype. Left it a couple of days as thought VM were having issues even though nothing on status page. Tried again Thursday, same issues. Phoned 150 & the tech guy talked me through some stuff & eventually I was able to get online again. Friday came & everything went off including TV. Engineers working in street. Signed up for text alerts. Got a text saying it had all been restored. Nope, TV was ok (no on demand though) & no internet. Phoned again & was told that at engineer would be required. NOW this is my gripe. THEY CANT GET ONE TILL THURSDAY pm, which I feel is not acceptable. Please can we get one sooner?
