I have been onto Virgin Media - they say the problem is fixed - F004650173 and this fault has disappeared off their status page for our area.
However the problem still persists; in that i usually get 200MBit download and 12MBit upload;
i am currently getting download of 0.04Mbit and upload of 0.1Mbit !!!! which is what it was like last night and earlier this morning; the fault is NOT FIXED... they are blaming my internal equipment - my router (since I run their super hub in modem only mode); that is not the case; my internal router is functioning fine; and has no issues; my internal cabling is fine....
Virgin media will NOT accept they still have a fault; and just say check my internal equipment.. and check again later around 9am... this is no good.. there is a fault , a problem.. and they need to fix it.. but they are now saying they don't have an issue.. so where do I go from here?? - come on virgin media !!!
Can others who had problems since 22:44 last night report if they are still having issues please and get onto Virgin media?
