Is there a known fault in Luton LU4, I have been without internet since about 8pm last night. The network log on Superhub is coming up with the following error 82000200 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing loss of broadband service.
Looking at your connection, the broadband is now showing as online and I was unable to see any issues on the network at this time that would of caused no internet access.
Is the broadband now working ok or are you still experiencing issues?
