No Broadband Connection since yesterday

Hello,

I have a problem, having installed the box yesterday following the protocol from A to Z.
This morning still not internet I decided to go to the store directly to know if I had done something wrong, the adviser told me that everything was good but now I still do not have internet at home .

Sorry to hear you've had trouble getting connected.
