New router help

I had my router delivered on Friday, I have set everything up, but my base LED is just flashing green, I've reset everything unplugged it turned it off re plugged and turned on again, checked all my connections and also logged into the modem and still it is flashing green, my wifi LED is also just solid green? Can anyone help with this?

have you called in to the activation line to activate the new superhub

Sorry yes I have should have said, I called them before I plugged it all in

I have the same problem - I have installed the new hub 3.0 . Called for the activation code ... waited ... waited and nothing ... no Internet service and the green light on the hub 3.0 is still flashing ...please help
