New equipment

Hi I have all vm services in was on a staff account I have now left the company and I have transferred my services to a normal account and upgraded my services to a tivo box and 200mbs bb I was told I would be sent out the new equipment and be able to do a self install and would be notified by email or telephone as to when the equipment would be delivered this was on Monday and I have heard nothing at all can anyone help me????
