New customer I give up activating !

I'm giving up now. New customer, new modem delivered today. Activated, called three times re green flashing light. Keep getting wait 20 mins and re boot. Tried again now and so angry if you don't help me stuff is waiting for you on the front step tomorrow.

It could take a few days before anyone from VM looks at the post, you'll need to try phoning again tomorrow.

How hard can it be ? I keep getting sent back to activation and I can't get someone to own the problem and sort it out. If there's a fault tell me what's going to happen please.
