We have been with Virgin for almost 10 years, never really had issues so didn't have to contact customer services. Now we have moved and we have no internet neither any date when will they connect our new house up. Customer service is proven to be as useful as a chocolate fire man. Reading up on this there is a lots of report this could take up to 4 month? (It seems to be they need to run a 6 meters cable to connect our house.) Is anybody been in similar situation and if so how long did you needed to wait to be connected? Thanks.
