Hey guys, I had VM with SH3 installed on Thursday at around 3pm.Installation engineer left without making sure everything worked OK and since then I have been trying to get some help both over the phone and using online chat in order to "activate" the service. Internet is still down despite multiple promises made by support people. Is anyone else experiencing issues with their new connection?

I've taken a look at your connection and I can see we've currently got a fault on-going in your area which can be responsible for reducing the speeds, especially during peak time hours (evenings and weekends). The fault ref is: F004609619 and it's due for review on the 5th April. When the fault ticket is reviewed we will have more info on the progress that we can pass over to you.
