New TiVo box set up

Connected new box it goes through process until it reaches installing software page and stops at "verifying" with message "could not verify info" and next page states network error c119 . Have rebooted several times and still have problem.

hiya @Olivers1 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, did you call the activation dept? since its a possible signal imbalance etc.. that might require a tech visit, you can wait a few days for the forum admin to run some checks, or could call faults via 151 / 0345 454 1111 or online chat @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop)..

Thanks yes did call activation dept. after contacting customer relations and speaking to a tech advisor . Think it may be a hardware problem with new box, sending a tech out tomorrow morning so hope it will be resolved soon.
