I've just received a new Superhub 3 to replace my Superhub 1. Attempts to set it up result in the error 'registration failure' for the internet connection. Running the diagnostic gives me 'No Internet Connectivity. Please contact your operator'. The SH1 was connecting fine on the same cable just a few hours ago.
That's done the trick - thanks very much! Download speeds are terrible, but that's another thread. Weirdly, I called the same number last night, but got put on hold to speak to an operator rather than the automated message.
