New Setup - Connection Error (7012)

Hi there,

I've received my TV box today and done the activation code via phone, which has worked successfully for my new router, however my Tivo box gives this error "Connection Error (7012)" when it gets to Configure Network Settings.

Are there any self resolves for this?

Hi Josh,

I've resolved the problem my self I'd spoken to yourselves over the phone and booked an engineer out to troubleshoot the issue however after hard resetting my router (which I'd already personally configured settings on prior to turning my Tivo Box on - which makes me believe it may impact default configs for the Tivo Box?); with the reset button in the back & power down for +10 seconds, it resolved the Configure Network Settings step and I'm now able to watch TV as I wish. Smiley Happy
