New Hub 3.0 upgrade

Hi, 

Been with virgin couple years no problems, decided to upgrade to Hub 3.0 for price of postage for even faster speeds. Set up as instructed. Constant flashing green internet light and wifi light is on. 

Swapped back to old router all works fine. 

Left new router on and setup overnight no change, any ideas anyone? thanks

did you ring up to actice the router follow the book you get from vm

If you're a gamer stay away from the Hub 3.  There is a major problem with latency with the device that the manufacturer Intel have confirmed and plan to fix with a firmware update.  No idea when it will happen.  So I would hold off if latency is important to you.

virgin media does test new firmware before it is relessed to there clients and edit them to there liking thats putting virgin media logos on it and send it off to virgin media beta testers frist before it gets sent out to other hub3's and its not intel that will relesse the update it will be the maker of the hub 3 ARRIS will do updates or changes that needed to be made then release it to companys that use ARRIS you looking around some point next year for the next update
