New Cable - No Internet!

Hi

I have been having an intermittent internet connection since I had my Virgin Broadband installed in December. An engineer recently came to my house (10th March) removed the faulty cable and replaced the modem and arranged for the cable to be replaced. The cable has now been replaced and connected yesterday. I still have no internet connection and haven't had any since 10th March!

Help!!!
