New Build with VirginMedia box but can't connected
We are in a new build, with Virgin Media box and cables connected to the house. However, the contact centre cannot help me how to activate it. They say that the postcode isn't coming up for them. When I tell them that their branded cable box is attached to the house, they cannot say anything about it.
Can anyone help me? How do I actually buy a service from Virgin - you have already cabled the house, it should be simple no?
