New 4G SIM but no data

I have received a 2nd 4G SIM but still get no data. The card works in my partner's phone that has a slightly different operating system. Mine is Samsung Galaxy S4. Spent hours over 2 days with the call centre to no avail.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've got no mobile data.

 

You've posted this in the QuickStart, set up and connections board so help has been provided. I've gone ahead and moved it to the Virgin Mobile board where you'll get better assistance.

 

If the SIM card works fine in another handset then it's clearly not a network or SIM fault. This leads me to believe it's not installing the APN settings on your handset. You can do it manually and the settings you need can be found below:-
