Network log - T3 time out + tablet keep dropping internet connection

Hi All

Every days (or two) - two of my tablets (lenovo tab 3s) keep dropping their internet connections (over 2.4GHZ).  They remain connected to the wifi network, and i can still getting the 'internet' on my phone(wifi) or on the PC (wired connection).

The only way (so far) to reconnect them is to reboot the router.   Rebooting the tablets or redoing the wifi passwords does not reconnect the internet.

I am trying to give them static IP address to see if this sorts it out, but i found this in the network log:-

"No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out"

which completely fills up the log, and the event happens every 15secs or so.

Is this error causing the isses with the tablets?

To reset the Pre and Post RS error counts please use the Downstream screen under the router status screen available from the login page.

Sorry to hear about your connection problems, it sounds frustrating. I've taken a look into this and I can see the time-outs are still occurring, so we will need to get an engineer out to investigate further.
