Network Drop Out Issue

Hi

Getting drop outs every 30 mins or so:

This is from my Network log the most recent:

Hi nortonphil,

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with network drop outs, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that your Hubs logs show a lot of time outs and will need to be looked at by one of our engineers.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
