Still not resolved here either, even though they've set it as such on the status checker. Upgraded package on Friday and been without net since.

it should be fixed. had people reporting its worked for them over the weekend. Id you still can not activate online call in and activate

Ive had this problem too since friday when i tried the activation over the phone that some have suggested (telling them my mac code) earlier she couldnt do it said the fault was still in progress ... and this was after it was removed from service status in the morning ill be 4 days with out internet or TV . seemed to suggest a fix monday or even tuesday.
