Hi, I've recently moved into a new building which has a Virgin internet hub already installed in my apartment. I would like to register an account in my name to get it up and running.
I've spent a total of 3 hours (and counting!) so far on the phone (via the 0800 0737100 number) where the call is either cut off or goes unanswered.

Their team have gone through some changes recently and it's meant they have been left severely under staffed.
