National Home Builders number cuts off after 6-7 minutes?

Trying to contact the National Home Builders team (0800 073 7100) to get my 3 month free trial activated at the house. I was never contacted after we initially filled out the form which the house developer sent off for us (mid-May).

After ringing the number, it tells me I'm in a queue and plays some awful music for 6-7 minutes. Then it comes back with some robotic pre-recorded message about "cisco unity connection messaging system" and cuts off - and I have to re-dial the number? What's going on?

I managed to get through in the end after redialling a few times - this probably needs looking into though.

They Told us to call this number as well, to get 3 month free trial,

since we have got our new house, The Barrats home told us to call them for this. No one seemsto be responsible

I am in the same position.  I have been dialling for about 2 hours now and keep getting cut off.  

Is this the kind of service we are going to get if we eventually sign up?

Sorry for the late reply guys. I really wish I could help. I just kept ringing and ringing until eventually the phone was answered. Everything was more or less plain sailing afterwards. Did you all manage to get through?

It's one of the weirdest **bleep**-takes I've ever come across to be honest.
