I HAVE NOT HAD BROADBAND SINCE 1st MARCH!!! Live in central London W11 area. Use vivid 200 optical fibre with superhub (expensive). I keep being fobbed off every time I phone, sent 4X texts over this month saying it is 'fixed' and it isn't - latest estimate for repair is 30th March but still not fixed and no update given. Have been paying for BT hotspot as need wifi for work. No written apology. NADA. It is apparently a NSR problem. If they can't find the fault why don't they replace the cable? Appalling service. Nobody can believe it when I tell them. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
