My internet connection

My internet drops out every 10-15 minutes

need more info

are you testing wired or wireless - always test wired and try a test with the SH in modem mode and if its a windows PC run that in safe mode with networking

log into superhub - 192.168.0.1 - DON'T SIGN IN, click router status [top right] - and post the downstream and upstream figures
