Moving home

Hello,

I moved home last weekend and I brought Virginia with me. I have been told that my account would have been active from the 22nd, two days ago. Still now I am not able to log in. Calling virgin I have been told that is an issue with the configuration of the network. I am waiting for this issue to be solved but I am not sure how long is going to last.

Has anyone had any issue like this? How it has been sorted?
