Moved house no wifi

I moved house this morning and arranged for a virgin engineer to attend. He arrived, checked the cableing and assured me that it was just a case of transferring my superhub 2 over and that after 15 mins I would be connected. Here we are at 0113 12 hours later and no internet access.

Currently my hub is showing a solid green arrow and a flickering tick. Can someone help me.

I assume by no wifi you mean no internet.

can you connect to your hub on 192.168.0.1 and see what it says.

You may need to phone cs and try activate it again.
