Moved house internet problems

So I have set up my wireless router and contacted activation team who have allegedlt activated my router. After 2 days and numerous phone calls later all to no avail I still have no internet. All blue lights on my router except flashing green double ended arrow. Help!! I am going insane repeating myself on every call I make.

Sorry to read that you are having issues with the installation of your Virgin Media services.

 

I've checked your account, there is an issue with the quick start order being completed and requires an engineer to check this for you which I can see you have already arranged, which is good.
