Hi - I've just received my Hub 3.0 installation kit, consisting of the Hub itself, power unit, wall plug and spanner. However, the booklet says I should have received something called an "HDMI cable" as well. I tried phoning the helpline but it seems impossible to get through to a human being. What should I do? I haven't called the automated line yet because the booklet says "please only do it when you're ready to set up your services", but it also says I have to call in the next 7 days. I've been told that if I don't install the new equipment my service will stop working completely at the end of April, so I'm a bit worried.
