Missed / Failed Engineer appointment.

I've an engineer appointment for a 10am - 2pm today which hasn't happened (replacement router).  Please can you let me know whats going on?

I've tried webchat and that's failed.  I've tried calling and there's no obvious way to speak to customer services so tried going to faults but line went dead.

Posted at 3.30pm.

I appreciate you posted about an on the day issue when you posted to us about the engineer visit and my apologies we were unable to check this for you at the time.

The lead time on responding to queries on the forums can be anything up to over a week depending on how busy we are and currently we are incredibly busy Smiley Sad

I hope you were able to get this sorted with our teams and if not just to advise you can contact them via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat  where our teams can clear security with you and work to resolve any issues you have with this support option.
