Maddeningly poor service...

So.. 48 hours later in a new home (previous Virgin customers) and Im STILL not able to use my landline number... I hate to think how much money Ive racked up on my mobile phone bill whilst being led for 15 minutes or so through a useless call charade only to be told all of the engineers are busy and I will be speaking to someone in two minutes.. this evening I got heartily sick after spending nearly TWENTY minutes waiting so I put the phone down..

No phone.. frustratingly below par customer service.. very fed up customer.  If I knew things were going to be this disappointing I would have followed my friends to BT.

.. ask if to ad to my misery, I finally woke to someone in support - the earlier an engineer can get to me is SATURDAY - 'some time in the morning until lunchtime' - so that's 6 days without a land line - that is not what I call service... HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.
